Privacy Policy
The short version: Wallow Street doesn't collect, store or sell any personal data. Your game lives on your device, and in your own iCloud or Google account backup if you use those. There are no ads, no analytics, no accounts and no tracking.
Who we are
Wallow Street is a stock market tycoon game played with pretend money. Wallow Street is made by TXN LLC. In this policy, "we" means TXN LLC. You can reach us at team@wallowstreet.com.
What we collect
Nothing. We don't run servers for the game, and the app doesn't send information about you or how you play to us or to anyone else. On the App Store, the app's privacy label is "Data Not Collected." On Google Play, its Data safety section says it collects and shares no data.
What stays on your device
To make the game work, the app keeps these on your phone or tablet:
- Your saved game: cash, stocks, offices, stars, trophies and so on. All of it is pretend.
- Your settings, such as sound, music, reminders, iCloud sync (iPhone and iPad), theme, and which tips you've seen.
- A small summary and a picture of Penny for the home screen widget, shared only between the app and its own widget on your device.
Deleting the app removes these from your device.
iCloud sync (iPhone and iPad)
If you're signed in to iCloud and "Sync with iCloud" is on (it's in the Trophies tab), a copy of your saved game is stored in your iCloud account using Apple's iCloud key-value storage, so your iPhone and iPad can share one game. Apple stores and transfers it under Apple's Privacy Policy. We can't see or access it. You can turn sync off at any time, and you manage your iCloud data through your Apple Account settings.
Android backup
On Android, the game doesn't sync between devices. If your phone's own backup to your Google account is on, Android may include your saved game and settings in that backup, so they come back when you set up a new phone. Google stores that backup under Google's Privacy Policy. We can't see or access it, and you can turn backup off in your phone's settings.
In-app purchases
Optional purchases (like coffee, stars and the Tycoon Pass) are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store on iPhone and iPad, and by Google through Google Play on Android. We never see your name, Apple Account, Google Account or payment details. The app only receives Apple's or Google's confirmation of what was bought, so it can deliver the item and restore the Tycoon Pass on a new device.
Notifications
Reminders, for example when an auto order fills while you're away, are scheduled on your device by the app itself. We don't use push notification servers. You can turn reminders off in the game or in your device's settings.
Sharing
When you tap a share button, such as "Share my report card," the app opens your device's standard share sheet with a short text (and sometimes a picture of your card) you can see before sending. Nothing is shared unless you choose where it goes.
Ads, analytics and tracking
The app has no ads, no analytics or crash-reporting services, and no third-party tracking code. It doesn't use your advertising identifier and doesn't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Children
Wallow Street is suitable for players of all ages. Because we don't collect personal data from anyone, we don't knowingly collect personal data from children.
This website
wallowstreet.com doesn't use cookies, analytics or ads, and its fonts and images are served from this site rather than third parties. Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for a short time to keep the site running and secure.
Your rights
Because we don't hold personal data about you, there's nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Your game data is in your control on your device and in your iCloud or Google account backup. If you have questions, we're happy to help.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top. If a future version of the app ever needs to collect data, we'll say so clearly here first and update the App Store privacy label and the Google Play Data safety section.
